The pastries are baked daily and are currently supplied to all its owned operations island-wide.
Daily pastries available in store include rock cakes, cupcakes, muffins and cheese bread among other delights.
The Pastry Department also works in tandem with the catering department offering a variety of cheese cakes,
chocolate mousse cake, cookies, rum cakes and tarts among other sweet treats.
